AQUINAS MAGAZINE FRONT COVER DRAFT

What I like about my front cover is that it sticks to house style as the fonts are the same so it is easy to read for the audience and that it is a effective because rather than using a different font I just made different parts of it bold to make the more important styles stand out. Also I have stuck to 3 colours on my front cover which makes it look professional and the colours work together so it isn't overwhelming with different colours. I also like how I have put the social networking sites to show a symbiotic relationship with the websites. I like the layout of the cover because the whole image takes up the mise-en-scene and there are plenty of features to choose from so the audience have a variety to choose from. I will keep the whole layout the same because it is easy to read and relates to all the codes and conventions.
For improvements I will make it clear what type of music genre the magazine is and I have decided to do a rock genre instead. Also I will make some of the feautres that are difficult to read I will change the colours of them so it is easier for the audience to read. I will also change the title of the magazine because the target audience won't be aimed at students at Aquinas College, it will be aimed at people who enjoy listening to rock music.
